In Video, Vlog by Brian Matiash5 Comments

We’re 14 hours away from 2017 in Portland (at the time of drafting this post) and I wanted to get at least one more vlog episode published before the ball drops. This episode is all about my 2017 New Years Resolutions. It doens’t matter who you are, I firmly believe that setting clear and attainable goals based on a milestone (like the start of a new year) is vital. Check out the vlog and let me know what you think about my resolutions and be sure to share yours too! I’d like to sincerely wish all of your a wonderful 2017—let’s make it a great one!

One more thing! I’d love it if you’d click on the YouTube Subscribe button below to get notified of all my new videos (there will be a lot more coming in 2017). Thanks so much for all of your support!

  1. Hi Brian:

I liked the choice of words you selected to eliminate or at least reduce the usage of. I have a section on my blog where I publish four quotes every day. They are either poignant, witty, humorous, etc. I think I had one today that talks to the special day that “New Year’s Day” is and I agree with you that although it is just another day, it is a good one to use to press the RESET BUTTON on certain goals, plans, etc.

    Here is the quote:

“New Year’s eve is like every other night; there is no pause in the march of the universe, no breathless moment of silence among created things that the passage of another twelve months may be noted; and yet no man has quite the same thoughts this evening that come with the coming of darkness on other nights.” — Hamilton Wright Mabie

PS – I liked the drone shots at the opening of your video! I am wishing you and yours a Happy, Healthy, and Rewarding New Year!
