I’m super excited to announce that I am joining a small group of esteemed Sony photographers in a new program that’s officially launching in a few months called the Sony Associate Artisans of Imagery program!

As you may know, I’ve been shooting exclusively with Sony cameras since the A7 was released (I’ve since added an A7r to my arsenal and will be getting an A7s next week). I’ve had amazing experiences with these cameras and look forward to working closely with the great folks at Sony to help ensure a bright future with their digital imaging platform!

I’m sure more news will come but for now, I’m just super excited to be able to share the news!

    Hello Brian,
I’d really appreciate if you would consider writing some stories about your experience using your Sony α7 cameras with adaptors and different lenses.
I’ve been using my Sony α7S for a few weeks now and have been enjoying it. Yesterday my Metabones Nikon G to e mount adaptor arrived and the first thing I did was attach my Nikon 24–70 mm f/2.8. I’ve never been a manual focus type of person but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the focus peaking is to use. Being a bit of a nerdy geek the disappointment isn’t the lack of autofocus but the lack of lens data in the metadata with each image. I’m now thinking of buying some used Canon glass and a Metabones adaptor so I get all the information as well as great images from Canon glass coupled with a Sony α7S.
I love reading your posts here and on Photofocus.
Thank you for considering this request.
