Here to there

I think we’re reaching the home stretch with getting the house to resemble something more hospitable and less a proving grounds of cardboard and plastic. Ironically, this is the first time since I left Brooklyn for university that I live in a house with an actual sidewalk and with a true neighborhood feel. It’ll take a bit of getting used to for me but I’m sure it’s all going to work out wonderfully.

Today is going to be another marathon day of killing off the last of the boxes but before I get neck deep into that, I figured it’d be cathartic to share this sunset photo taken in late March with Matt Glastonbury, Mia Glastonbury, and Francois Fourie in Tasmania (although I can’t remember the name of this coast – if only +Sony would build a GPS radio for their A7/r series). Still, such great memories!

Nice picture +Brian Matiash. I love those rocks. BTW, this was Red Ochre Beach, in Dodges Ferry, about 40min drive from Hobart.

Ah, so you have the Sony a7R?  I'm thinking you love the camera?  I've been saving my pennies for that thing.
