Good on ya, Brisbane

By | 2014-03-31T05:48:12+00:00 Mar 29th, 2014|
I arrived in Brisbane yesterday afternoon to kick off a 10-day trek kicking off here and then heading to Byron Bay, Alice Springs, Uluru, Sydney and points in between. I’m joined with a cadre of other photo influencers from Google+ and Instagram, all really wonderful people. We’re working with the great folks at Topdeck Travel, who arranged this trip and specialize in this sort of adventure tourism around the great Down Under.

Towards the end of the trip, we’re going to kick of a fun Google+ Photowalk/Instameet in Sydney. Detail to come!

I took this photo with my Sony A7 and the Sony FE 24-70mm lens. No filters needed given the night light conditions. Stylization was done using one of Nicole S. Young‘s Lightroom presets.

Envy for both where you are and what you're all doing, I spent four years living on the gold coast and saw some of the south. Unfortunately cancer stole 3 years and now just after a year away I'm ready to go back it's too cold in S.A.

Yeah good onya Brisbane all your tourists are dying over there & your premier's taking some really good drugs apparently, Campbell Newman needs his head red picking on every motorcyclist on the road, stop wasting valuable police time Newman and harassing innocent people because your on a power trip.. Qld is a wonderful place to feel the freedom of riding & it's a cheaper way to get around.. Enough said .. sort your shit out Campbell before someone sorts you out & leaves your family wondering why ..
