I just saw more excellence in Golden Gate Bridge photography posted by my bud,, and it reminded me of the epic sunrise photowalk that both Joe and I, along with , , , , and , went on during the .
And then I remembered the fog. Ohhhh, the fog. The very fog that turned an entire bridge and the water it spans into a massive softbox of nothingness. Bitter much? :)
Still, we all made the most of it and headed down to Fort Baker to get some shots at the base of the bridge that we couldn’t see. In the end, I walked away with this image of the pier taken with my Lee Big Stopper. The shoot didn’t pan out quite the way any of us expected but it was still a blast to hang with a bunch of solid photographers. :)
Oh, and here is a link to Joe’s amazing shot. I hate you in a tiny way, Joe.
